Study Chinese and experience its culture in multi cities during Summer holiday. After that, travel to Shanghai and Hangzhou for a week. Travel experiences allow you to immerse yourself in real life experiences that require you to
utilize and develop your Mandarin communication skills. Transcripts and certificate available. Program starts in Beijing and ends in Shanghai. We will assist you with transportation from Shanghai to your departure location.

Features
The Mandarin Immersion Study-Travel Combination Program consists of two parts: Language Training and Travel Excursion. Travel Excursion will take place in Shanghai and Hangzhou. Excursions, sightseeing and cultural workshops and seminars will be organized.
The University Class Training integrates all different skills of the language: phonetics, speaking, listening, writing, reading, grammar and vocabulary. The Real Life Instruction is held every two weeks exclusively to our participants. Instructions occur in real life environment with one subject in each section. Subjects include eating, transportation, theatre, shopping, job-hunting, seeing a doctor etc.

Curriculum
Classes are divided into 3 basic levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. A placement test will be conducted after enrolment at the university.
Curriculum are designed to meet the needs of each proficiency level and the program length to ensure you progress rapidly and able to communicate in Chinese in a more effective and efficient manner.

Placement Test
Classes are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced. An overall placement test including reading, writing, speaking and listening is carried out at the beginning of the program in order to place you in the most suitable environment. Beginners don’t need to take the test.

Evaluation and Certificates
Small quizzes will be carried out now and then to test the progress. In the middle of the program, a middle exam will be conducted and a final one at the end of the Program. Participants will receive official diplomas and certificates including transcripts.

Beijing
Campus Budget/Standard
Single and double occupancy available. All rooms are furnished with TV, desk, chairs, air-conditioning, telephone, bed and lamp. Budget rooms share bathroom on each floor while standard rooms have private bathroom with 24 hours hot water.
Foreign Students Centre (Single/Double)
Around the studio compound, there are a handful of restaurants of different cuisine for you to choose from. Free shuttle bus provided by the Center runs frequently between the university and the Centre.
Single room: one room with private bathroom
Shared room: one room (two beds) with an attached sitting room and private bathroom
Hotel (single/double)
All rooms are furnished with modern furniture, air-conditioning and private bathroom with 24 hours hot water.
Accommodation - Shanghai & Hangzhou
3-star hotel with convenient location. Fully furnished with TV, air-conditioned and bed, each room has its private bathroom. Laundry services is provided at the hotel. Double occupancy provided only.
Airport Transfer
We provide free airport arrival-pick-up service for Program Participants. Our staff will meet you at the arrival gate after you get your luggage and take you to your accommodation. You need to provide us with correct flight information – flight number / flight date 2 weeks before your program starts. To make sure smooth transition, you will be provided with a contact number before you come to China in case of last minute changes.
